So there was no plan last week due to me being sick. But we made it through the week. It wasn't as smooth but we survived. What I've learned is that I really only have to cook on Monday and Tuesday if I don't get stuff done on Sunday and then we can survive off of leftovers for the rest of the week.
However, my goal is to be back on track this week so here's the plan
Making this for my lunches this week...
An Ideal Lunch Salad
Also, have lots of eggs due to parentals going to PS and leaving me stuff from their fridge so I might also have this later in the week
Greek Yogurt Egg Salad Sandwich
For dinners this is what I'm thinking.....
Beef Tips in Mushroom Sauce with Egg Noodles and Salad
White Chicken Chili or this White Chicken Chili or probably a combo of both
Taco's one night - haven't had just plain taco's in a while
That should do it for the week.....
